It was dark and pouring so I didn’t see right away that the driver took the wrong turn-off. When I realized it I started demanding and then begging him to let me out of the car. I wanted to jump out, but the door was locked. There wasn’t a car or a policeman in sight. But even if there were I doubt that any of them would here me screaming because of the rain.
The man stopped the car aggressively, jumped on me and started ripping my clothes off. I tried to resist, so he started hitting me on the head with something. I was desperately crying out for help almost passing out from the pain.
Suddenly something unbelievable started to happen. Just for a moment an unbearably bright light appeared. An image of someone heavenly and beautiful rose above my enemy. I saw how the man who tried to kill me fell out of the car. Then some unseen force softly pushed me out of the car. I ran out on the road. And as I ran I felt as if someone was floating beside me…
I tripped over something and almost fell. I mean I would have fallen if someone wouldn’t have caught me. I still remember that touch.
“With what did I deserve this mercy from God?” – I asked myself after what happened.

What are the creepiest ghost stories you know?
I want to build a repertoire of really horrible stories. I'm not looking for clusters of ghost stories at random. I can get everywhere. What I want are the scariest, creepiest, most disgusting gems you've heard. What stuck in his mind and really scared? Feel free to include real stories and horrible stories that you just got scared because they were outside in the dark in water, so I want stories ready for any occasion. Only the most horrible, PLEASE!
Well, that was long ago, but I've heard this story about a guy who has a new apartment, and heard things down only to discover that he had no neighbors. Later, he was in the bathroom when he heard a few taps. He could not find anything so I figured it was mice in the wall. He left the next night to throw some trash in the can, when he turned and saw the silhouette of a man in his window. He went to his friends house that night and returned the next day to get your stuff. While climbing the stairs to his apartment, he noticed that the door the downstairs apartment was slightly open, but had no neighbors. He entered and found a ladder in a closet. He went upstairs and found him went to the apartment, the walls of his bedroom and bathroom. He never returned there again.
