Plastic Modeling: CH-46?
I just bought a Fujimi 1 / 72 scale model aircraft (CH-46) and have almost completed. But the kit does not come with a canopy mask, and the model of tape that I have not flexable enough to fit in such a small area. What are some alternatives you can think instead of using a mask cutting tape deck of my shit. Do you work regular Scotch tape? Please help.
I use to make ice cream tape and cover a full glass. I would a brand new razor blade and score the glass ribbon in the lines of the frame. Then, using tweezers lift me the exposure of thin strips of plastic. I then airbrushed with color throughout the interior of reinforcement to make it look correct on the inside of the cab. Then I airbrushed the final color for the exterior seemed right. Carefully remove all tape that remains after at least one day to allow the paint to dry and go.
