Walt Disney World in Orlando might be perceived as a lavish place for children during their summer holiday for those who are not aware of its beauty and fame. Do you think that Disney has strengthened the vegetarian / vegan movement targeting young children with their media? Think about it, the orientation of young children with talking animals movie, play, and having 'humanaly intelligent conversations with other. What type of person who would do that? Was Walt Disney vegetarian / vegan? Do not you think this is ethical? (Trying not to hit the vegetarian / vegan as I am not saying vegetarians / vegans are wrong but rather I'm asking for "advertising" ethics children)
I admit that your question has some merit to it and it is interesting, considering that in this day and age, we have subliminal messages, and the rest of the forms under the table that the advertising world has to target young people to consume alcohol and snuff, but I'm pretty sure that there was no ulterior motive to the art of Walt Disney or vision, except to preserve a world that is slipping away. His life was based on believing in the hopes, dreams and imagination of young people in this world to improve the future. His art had moral messages that are common to all faiths, without offending, without deliberately trying to attract a belief system. He removed the common stigma of his time, while a child who dreamed of fantasy and is considered in any way and had to be based in reality or otherwise. Disney showed that fantasy serves a purpose very valid to the world. The film "Snow White" was released at a time when the world had just recovered from a World War, a depression and was on the brink of a Second World War, in which the horror of atomic bombs killed so many innocent lives. His movies have allowed that went to see a way to escape, but only be for a few minutes, knowing the joy. The man gave everything he had on the line to the financing of "Snow White", including home and the rights to Mickey Mouse, who at the time of their most valuable asset. The film was called "Disney's Folly" by the financial and business entertainment that they believed was doomed to failure. If he had failed, nobody would have been ruined and never refinance. And would a quiet footnote in any encyclopedia. But he truly believed in his dream. He and his team of artists who shared their vision, their creations, including Mickey Mouse, became light to help the dark world and now known worldwide for young and old. And he believes that dreams never ended and went to build on them. Yes, the company are financially successful now, the Disney family and not have as much of an input as to how the company is going, but the essence of the company even continues the original mission statement of the company Walt always increases with the sole purpose of bringing joy and dreams to the world. Promotion Was a vegan / vegetarian lifestyle for the animals more "humane"? I do not think so at least no more than any other animation art not, though I'm sure some people have influenced unwittingly make that choice. Rhetorically, the Japanese anime to promote spirituality by having many of its performances based on the demons walking the earth (as well as good guys and bad guys) and public (neuter gender) bath or women with large breasts all the tiny outfits time? Moreover, long before Walt Disney arrived, the brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Anderson, L. Frank Baum, as well as many others have created animal characters the impression that he was speaking and "Human" qualities. Not to mention he grew up a good ole country boy in Missouri and I am sure he enjoyed of his flesh. Disney Walt lived during the time when the world was changing from one of innocence to one of violence. He tried to capture the innocence and keep it all the time he could through all the different companies and at the same time, I had high expectations for the future and he helped us believe in it too. Sorry if this not technically answer your question, but as I said, if Walt Disney has just begun his work as an art form again, a legitimate argument could be regarding their motives. But, no, as it is, he just wanted to spread dreams, vegetarism.
